Ameristar was hired through our HOA to replace the roof on all of the homes in our community. This company has exceeded my expectations in all aspects. From the time they started the project to the time they finished. They paid great attention to detail even when it came to cleaning up. They made sure to wipe down any areas that were marked, clean as they go and have picked up all debris. I have not come across one single nail since they completed my roof. I sit on a HOA board and we needed 4 townhouse roof shingles replaced. We received 6 quotes from other vendors. Ameristar was not the cheapest but we decided to us them. We are very pleased with their crews, care to detail, and discussing any issues under the shingles. From sales to the onsite manager they were very professional presenting and completed the work above expectations. Thanks Richard

Ameristar installed a new roof in 2019 for our condominium property. I was not on the Board at the time but started to get complaints of owners having leaks. Upon investigation, we were dismayed to see the drains not working properly. After many discussions, Ameristar agreed to replace all 10 drains at no charge under the warranty. As a new Board member, I learned that we were responsible for properly maintaining the roof which may have fallen through the cracks from our previous management company.
