I had an exceptional experience with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them out of the blue after my expansion tank ruptured and water started leaking. Dimitri was extremely professional over the phone, patiently walking me through all my concerns. He even asked me to send pictures of the issue, as well as the serial numbers of the water heater and expansion tank, to help expedite the process. I was quoted what I believe was a fair price for an emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve.
