Doug goes above and beyond to help his customers. I called him from out of state and in no time my parents AC was fixed, he visited them on weekend, diagnosed the issue and next day installed the AC unit which was burnt and charged more than a fair price. Called All Pro around Monday morning due to AC Unit downstairs not working. Just made a humming sound. Doug was out in a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, had the part in his van and AC was working in under 1 hour. He was very helpful with advice on how I could maintain the system and make my older units last a few more years. Gave me instructions on how to do things on my own that didn't require too much HVAC knowledge.
