Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend a trial lesson and I really enjoyed it! The staff is very friendly and the training is very effective and lifts your spirits! Highly recommend this club

I've been with this workout facility for about two years or so. Very effective quick work out (30 minutes) that's very thorough and address is lots of need including stress management, cardiovascular fitness, and core strengthening. Workout environment is very positive. The club/concept accommodates all skill levels. Excellent training and supervision without obnoxious hovering. Very supportive trainers. I was absent for about 8 months but never felt compelled to cancel my membership. Just resumed the workouts this week after prolong absence. I was able to pick up where I left off without much stress. Highly recommend this since it allows individuals to go at their own pace. This is an excellent total body workout as well as stress management tool. The facility is also nice and clean with attention to details regarding sanitation/sterilization of the equipment. Highly recommend!

Very clean gym…great location…energetic trainers and friendly members!Stopped in for a morning workout while traveling on business (currently a member in NC), was given a warm welcome and a great workout!
