Had great experience with office staff and Dr. Murray in the past. Reason I returned and had to undergo a more intense cleaning this time. Dr. Jorgensen was extremely patient and acknowleged my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care from Denise, the absolutely amazing Dental Hygienist and best one I have ever had. From arriving and being greeted by the professional and cordial benefits coordinator to ending my visit with the professional and cordial office manager - it made an "anxious" situation more assuring. We have been using N G Dental Care for many many years(since 199_)The staff are all very friendly and great at what they do. Dr. Murray is excellent and always a pleasure to interact with. The whole experience from Adrian and Lori in the office to the treatment that we receive is all excellent and a pleasure to visit. Our hygienist (Denise) was very careful does an excellent job. The office is modern, comfortable and always immaculate. We have a truly great experience every visit! Thank you all and to those looking for an excellent family run dentist to use for years and years, you must give N G Dental Care a try. : ) a very consistently good experience!
The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. I'm never made to wait for my appointment and Dr. Murray always has time for questions. I would highly recommend this office, if you're looking for a dentist.
