WOW, WHAT A BUSINESSMAN, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE ORIENTED , MICHEAL MADE SURE, I UNDERSTOOD, HIS PROCESS OF WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW HE IS CORRECTING THE ISSUE. My laptop would turn on but screen stayed black. Computer on call diagnosed the problem same day : mother board needed replacing. Not only did he work fast but it was finished earlier than he said it would be. I will definitely use him again. Thank you !
