I've ordered many wigs from Neicy Wigs. The first time I received my first wig, it was just like the picture perfect. The wig was very cute, it was full, hair soft, quality was great. You couldn't tell me I wasn't cute. I wore it right from the package, which is rare because usually I get my stylist to customize the wig. The customer service is great, I had a few questions and she responded quickly. I requested more pictures of a unit and she sent them. Since my first order, I'm a lifetime customer of this business. If you order from her, you won't regret it.
I purchased multiple units from Neicy, beginning in 2023. It's 2025, and all the wigs I purchased are still in top tier shape. I even got the braided cap for those bad hair days. The quality far exceeds the price. I highly recommend her wigs based on how great they are, as well as her professionalism, communication, and shipping time.
This was my first time having a unit made by Neicy ,she's very professional great conversation and I was very pleased with my unit .She had to make a few adjustments to it but was able to get it back in a timely manner.Will be using her again soon.
