I was in the area looking for salons and used Google reviews for reference and decided to "walk-in" for shampoo & style. Millicent did an awesome job. She's very personable and professional. I enjoyed getting my hair done by her. As I was checking out, another lady had arrived and shared that she had been a client of Millicent's for many years and that she was the best at what she does. I liked hearing that. Client retention, and quality of services is the key to longevity & a successful business. I have been a weekly/2wk.customer of this salon for nearly three (3)years,and drive one(1) hour each way to receive -"Exceptional" full hair care services. My hair is both healthy and stylish always receiving public compliments and personal requests for referrals to this salon. Prior to becoming a regular customer of Millicent's, I had minimal success in finding a stylist who could care for my grey, cut to precision , analyze and keep my hair healthy.
