I cannot understand what's going on with them since taken over by Emory. Cannot reach them directly, and will not respond to calls, after the test results there is no review especially if the tests were done at a non-emory location. I used to be very happy with Dr. Benjamin, but now I have to seriously consider looking for another Primary care. So terrible with Emory Monopoly

I started going to Rockbridge Medicine as a young adult and trusted them to see the rest of my family as well, including my mom. Our doctor was Dr. Tina Ann Kerr Thompson and she was great in the beginning. However, as time went on she got less attentive and didn't take our concerns seriously. This was concerning because she is a black woman so we thought she we understand how black women are more likely to be misdiagnosed or their symptoms ignored and that she would be more attentive. Since they joined with Emory it's not the same, and now my doctor doesn't seem to care much about the lack of good service. They even lost my husbands chart once the switch with Emory happened. I will not be back after being with them for over10 yrs. Really sad.
