Lisa was nice at first. Didn't hear back from her on my application status. I called the next day for an update and she was rude flippant and condescending. Basically saying decency and professionalism isn't for the unapproved.. Treat people Better he is watching.

I would have given this location 5 stars when I initially got my loan. The gentleman I was working with was fantastic. I wish I remembered his name. There is a new lady there that is the perfect example of annoying and too aggressive for sales. She doesn't listen to the concerns of the client and talks over you. To add insult to injury, she tries to sell you on a loan by telling me that I get a whopping $25 referral fee when I start a new loan for my wife or refer a new client. $25 is not going to make me jump up and refer anyone to you. I applied online and received a call from Heidi, Heidi took all the necessary information and I uploaded the necessary document. Heidi stated that she would get back to me and let me know what can be done, this was last week, I have not received a call back at all. I called today and I was told that Heidi would call me back and no call back. Heidi not calling me back is probably doing me a favor by not getting locked into a high APR loan, though I needed it for educational purposes. So Thank you!!
