For years me and my family have been seeing Dr. Schwartz, and he was our trusted family Doctor who got us the best diagnosis. The Office was located in Stone Mountain village until it moved to this new location. He was there for a short time before his retirement.This new management however, is far from what we had before and I don't mean that in a positive way. I'm heartbroken and saddened by my exchange between myself and a woman in the front office.I've been with the same Dr.'s office for close to 18 years and they have cared for me ever since. Generally, everyone at the clinic is super friendly and warm but this particular person, on this day was nothing but rude, lacked empathy and down talked me.I have high blood pressure and needed to have a prescription refilled before traveling. I have been on the same medication for several years, had no adverse effects, went to Dr.'s appt every 3 mos., bp 110/80 etc.I was not aware that they denied my refill request sent in May.
