Best massages Ive ever had. Not fluff and buff, but getting to the root of problems, but Audrey knows her stuff and can solve chronic issues. Injuries Ive had for 5 years all the way to 20 years are getting resolved. Amazing stuff, highly recommend.

Audrey does an amazing job of identifying the work that needs to be done, and clearly communicating the work she is doing. She will help you reach your goals through her work. I would highly recommend her.

Y'all, Audrey is the real deal. I've been to plenty of massage therapists, and none of them have approached my healing the way she has. I have never doubted that she truly cares about me experiencing wholeness, and never felt like I was just the next client on her schedule for the day. And her genuine nature is completely matched by her competence as a massage therapist. Her massages are not the typical â€œhave an easy relaxing day at the spaâ€ type - they are deep work with actual results. So worth it.

We do so much more than massage because this body is more than a meat suit. Your body holds your stressors, your emotional pains, and your trauma stories. To get you to physical transformation we have to locate the root of where your pain is coming from and help you heal that. UPDATE: Nava Massage Therapy, the Lilburn office will be closing DEC, 18th 2024 to shift deeper into inner healing practices to help our clients and humanity heal more than just the surface level. As for now, Audrey is still available to book with untill then.
