Customers praise the friendly, respectful, and understanding staff, including Charity, Gabby, Tiffany, and Kwanza, who provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate a professional knowledge of the business.
Upon my visit with Covington Credit I welcomed with open arms from Ms. CHARITY Toole very friendly respectful and understanding. Charity is prime example of outstanding customer service Charity went above and beyond her duties and that is the type of customer service we want Thank Ms Toole for and outstanding job ?
I have been doing business with CC for a few years and have always had great experience. Gabby is my go to person who’s always diligent and professional. Give them a try if you need quick credit or a loan.
I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now. And they treat me like family. The staff rotates quite often. Let them name ones that are consistently there Tiffany and Kwanza are outstanding and very professional about their knowledge of the business
