“I called several shop to get an estimate to service my transmission. Called New Images Benz and spoke with Clive on a Friday and he fitted me in on his off day ( Saturday ). Clive is very professional and knowledgeable which made the service a good experience coming from a Benz mechanic shop. Affordable prices with great service !!! I highly recommend 10/10“

“My tech came out at the time quoted over the phone for a diagnostic charge of $85. He uncovered that my alternator needed to be replaced. I agreed to a $450 labor charge, and I purchased the part for $230 at O-Reillys. Because I agreed to do the work the $85 diagnostic charge was waived. The tech was knowledgeable and had my car back running within an 1 hr and 30 mins. Overall I was satisfied with the work. I removed a star because it appears I was quoted a higher diagnostic charge and labor fee to replace the alternator.“

“Exceptional service and repairs. I’ve led teams in automotive repair both on reconditioning side and service side for about 10 years. I’ve worked in process improvement which included VOC (Voice of the Customer) for 15years. Customer expect you to provide the service you offer but when you go above what it required is when you’ve truly achieved exceptional service. They’ve done great work on my vehicles but that’s not why I’m writing this review. My Grandmother needed some work done on her car. Honda quoted her a little over 4k. Based on my experience and repairs I knew she didn’t need everything they listed however I know longer operate a repair facility so I can’t verify myself. I explained to the AS team what I wanted them to do and they did it. Their quote was half the price of Honda. When my grandmother drove her car home she noticed it was hard to turn as if there was no power steering fluid. I called AS they picked my grandmothers car up from her home in Pine Lake Ga repaired it and brought it back. As a grandchild knowing my grandmother was taken care of gave me peace of mind and meant the World to me.“

“Was on the way to take my oldest to school and my sick little one to the doctor when I got a flat. I remembered there was a place right around the corner. I got there before them. They apologized for their lateness because of traffic. I thought I would be late for the doctor appointment, I wasn't!!! They worked so fast and was very reasonable. I was on my way within 15 minutes of their arrival with a very reliable used tire.“

“I took my 2013 GLK to this shop because it was referred by a relative and I was 100% satisfied with the service, price, and knowledge of the expert mechanic. I had several other people decline to do work on my vehicle when I told them the problem and recommended that I take my vehicle to the dealership.
Nope didn't need to, my vehicle ignition was bad and the car would not start or shift from the park position; which made it very hard to get on a tow truck. LMC AUTO got me back driving quickly once my part arrived within a week. The shop is busy so I recommend you have a little patience but the outcome is worth it!!
