I am from out of state and was looking to get a mold inspection during my due diligence period for a home, and Carolyn and team was excellent! Our inspection was on Wednesday, and requested a rush to have the results by EOD Friday, but they got us the report early Thursday afternoon!!! This was imva, as it gave us an extra day to assemble the necessary experts to the property I'm not too familiar with such reports, but Rich walked me through the report explaining everything on detail, and he even directed me a list of qualified contractors to get estimates to remediate the findings.
