Hair tech did a wonderful job coloring my hair, trimming, and giving me a blow out. I was especially impressed with the outcome of the coloring. They were very kind and respectful and even offered me pizza the employees had just ordered while I was waiting and allowed me to borrow a charger. My only complaint is the time it took. I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. Aside from them being understaffed, and taking too long, I'd recommend this place for my natural hair girls. I had 0 heat damage. Solid spot!

I don't write reviews unless I'm REALLY satisfied or really disappointed. She helped me pick a color and highlight that compliment my skin. She did a great job coloring, highlighting, cutting and blow drying my hair. She's professional, friendly and works fast. Worth every penny I paid ! I love the color and style. You won't be disappointed.

Today Was my first ever getting a silk press and as you all know it can take hours trying to read the reviews to seek out the best one. Found Yocasta and let me tell you, I wasn’t disappointed! Services today were .. shampoo wash and condition, trimmed, highlights, silk press and styled. Very attentive and great customer service.Yocasta did a great job and I will be back in a couple weeks .
