Wow, all I can say is wow! This is such a blessed business, run by some amazingly gifted, loving and professional individuals. On my journey to REI status, I've learned so much from the training blueprint of CEO Jonathan H. Seigler! This man and his team of innovators shared him with us on a potential deal a few months ago here in Florida. When have you heard of a CEO flying to meet you and help negotiate a deal? I must have the hands of God on my life?! I was able to be coached and mentored in person with the homeowner, spoke to bankers/lenders, contractors, roofers, appraisers as well as Clerk of Court personnel regarding Lis Pendens.
