“This is my second time using there service. The first time was everything from the service, people, and their professionalism. This time was totally different. It took almost 4 weeks to get my taxes prepared. This lady name Maria
from RCC associates suppose to complete my taxes. After texting and calling her no answer. This went on for weeks of me contacting Maria. For the prices this was unacceptable. But what I can say is Harvest Tax was very apologetic while handling the situation and got it done once they heard want was going on. Harvest time contact me several time to make sure I was okay and was everything done to my satisfaction. Thanks again for the work that you do.“
