I was blessed with a gift certificate for this wonderful location from my oldest daughter. I am really impressed with the way that they communicated with me prior to coming in, the way in which they confirmed my appointment 72 hours in advance, 24 hours in advance, and even this morning,. Some people may feel like that it's overkill but I don't because communication is key.Upon arriving, I was met by Mia , who is an absolutely delightful young lady. This place is unbelievable. I called the day before my birthday, and not only did they fit me in, but they had a card, balloon, and gift waiting for me. The high-touch, intentional customer service (like having your preferred brand of water bottle to serve you, immediately escorting you to a chaise lounge, and removing your shoes for you) are just so rare nowadays—especially at an accessible price point!The space is clean and cozy—a second floor office suite renovated to feel like an attic loft in an old house with pitched roofing and charming nooks to relax in.And April gave me the best massage! My part-2 appointment was absolutely superb. I wasn't able to get my massage and facial during the 1st appointment, and honestly, I am so very pleased it worked out that way. Jeriesha has excellent communication skills, customer service skills and is such a gentle pro! I literally fell asleep during my facial. I was in such a deep level of relaxation, I couldn't help it. I'll definitely be back!And thanks to Mia, I was accommodated a few times due to scheduling conflicts. Nice work, ladies!!!
