I am or was a current patient, however it would seem the office is now closed permanently. I didn't not receive a notice, call or letter letting me know ahead of time. I had an appointment and showed up early only to find the doors locked and the lights off. No signs anywhere indicating a move or close of business. It was very strange I can not get in contact with anyone through email or phone. And I need my medical records to transfer to anywhere else. I am at a loss.

So since the office manager Bre Watson wants to go on my company website and call me a scammer then ill do the same. I paid my bill in FULL (see attachment) and now she is claiming I canceled payment and trying to get me to pay another $3,667. Clearly you can see that my bill is paid in full. I am the one getting scammed by Bre. So Be careful....Pure Bliss LLC had NOTHING to do with Bre Watson or my experience at Schilling Med Spa. She wrote a review about me personally on Pure Bliss LLC Google page and it was purely slander and defamation of character. Very Unprofessional. I have been having extremely sharp pain and irregular bleeding which I though it was to be my IUD shifted or an ovarian cyst. I saw the nurse practitioner and she said she was going to do a full evaluation of a breast exam and a pap. I got the pap done, and she said she was going to call something in for the pain and something for BV based on my discharge. She suggested I have an ultrasound to look for a cyst and make sure my IUD was in good placement. She proceeds to tell me that they only do ultrasounds on Wednesday's the the first available they had was March 2nd. However, based on my symptoms the cyst had already burst.
