These guys were straightforward with me, and they gave me an exact time of arrival to look at my computer and told me exactly how much it would cost to resolve the issues with the computer. I enjoyed speaking to the staff over there, and they offered to remote into my computer and "drive" it before driving to my home. I have to admit it was weird watching my mouse move around the screen, and I wasn't driving. I know the guys over at Ramtech will take care of you better and cheaper than GeekSquad. Give them a shot the next time your computer needs help and see if they can't help you as they did me!
