We purchased a new construction home and the builder uses this company for kitchen cabinets, vanities, hardware, and countertops. It was hard at first to reach anyone but once we did we went on site to pick our granite. The staff was friendly and showed us options that was priced in our builder allowance. We found something we liked a lot. They did a great job with the installation of the kitchen cabinets, vanities, and granite. There was a issue with the power room granite it did not look ? similar to the backsplash nor the rest of the granite in the house. We did not notice the issue until a few months after the install. Very unprofessional and rude. The attendant seemed annoyed with our presence and reluctant to assist us with our purchase. We shook his hand and provided our names and he simply responded, "ok". I knew then he had lost my sale. I was super eager to finish off my Master suite with granite countertops from here but this visit was a bummer.
