To our former client Ms.Lampley,I want to state that overall we have had many issues regarding you and your lack of respect for our hours of operation and scheduling policies. You along with all of our other clients have been given at least one of our policy letters, and in your case multiple copies of the same policy form. It states you have two hours to pick up your dog after completion. We are a grooming salon, not a boarding facility. We are not the only grooming salon that has this policy in place. I have been taking my babies here since they first opened. I have never been disappointed in the least with the complete experience. My babies will never go anywhere else. Love love love this place and more Important my babies do.

This place is phenomenal, I loved the way the ladies cared for my baby. I am extremely satisfied with his results. The customer service is awesome; ladies are very caring and welcoming. Thank you again, we will be back.
