There is NO communication except in the Helow App, you can NEVER speak with anyone ,they never return your call in a urgent need. All locations seem to not care about their patients. Stay away from this terrible Pain management service.

This is the pain management place I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. They changed my meds w/o examining my history; kept suggesting procedures not covered by insurance; NOW, in trying to switch doctors and it's taken A WEEK to get a discharge letter EMAILED. I hate this place. Do your research. There had to be something better out there.

That place need to be inspected for the bedside manner of the Doctor there he don't listen to his patient's and do not spend time with them, because everything suppose to go his way, he is very rude, that clinic is losing patient's and staff fast!! Do not go there!P.S. I truly miss DR Epp's and i wish he can come back, he is a excellent Doctor!!!! 10+ star's
