They came out fairly quick after we started having leaks from all the storms that came through. They were very thorough and were able to convey the clear need for roof replacement to our insurance company. Materials and a dumpster were delivered and Paces was out here early the following morning and worked until it was complete. There were no signs left of anything happening except the roof itself, they prepared for cleanup before they even started and everything after, even using a magnet broom to pickup any tacking nails. Great experience!
I had what I thought was a small water leak beneath my kitchen sink at my house. As it turns out, that "small" kitchen leak had caused a significant amount of damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they in turn referred me to Paces Restoration to complete the repairs. That is when I met a gentleman by the name of Lloyd Banks and Juan Duran. Together (along with their work crew) transformed my kitchen from a disaster into a dream. Lloyd came out, toured my kitchen and consulted with me about what I wanted my kitchen to look like. Juan and the crew came out and made it all materialize in a short amount of time. Everyone was very professional, and my kitchen looks great, not to mention the fact that the work performed in the kitchen has increased the value of my property. As it turns out, that leak underneath my kitchen sink was a win for me because I got a new kitchen out of it and an increase in my property value. It was a win for Paces Restoration because they were paid well for their services and ensured that I will use their services again should the need arise. It was also a win for Lloyd, Juan and the crew because they earned a great review thereby making it a win-win-win situation for all parties concerned! Great job Lloyd and Juan!
Todd came out today and did all the demo in our house from water damage that happened while we were on vacation. He was very efficient and listened to all our concerns. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood what would be happening along the way. I would definitely recommend Paces for any job!!!
