A person answered when I called the number provided, I simply asked if this was Merkerson’s home solutions and they hung up the phone in my face. I will not be getting service from them and I don’t recommend it for anyone!
Made an appt for a closet shelf repair. That appt was kicked back via text as denied. I sent a msg on their website q&a asking if I picked a bad time slot...no response. So I created another appt, got a text saying that it was being reviewed. No response since and that was over two weeks ago and the appt was supposed to be today 8/6 @1pm. ????
I was having a beetle issue. They would come in the front door and garage because I had gaps all around. I found him online with a Google search and setup the consolation online. He came by, looked at everything and then sent us a quote. I had a few personal complications so he has to redo it a couple times for me and didn't complain once. I scheduled my appointment and was able to pay my bill online. This has been one of the best experiences I have had hiring someone.
