I called to get my toilet installed. I was offered next day service but I wasn't available. They worked around my schedule and made it happen! Tim came by on time, called to let me know he was in route, quick nice work. He also had to step out and get a piece we were missing, completely my fault by the way and remained professional. Thank you so much , it looks great!
I have been using Market south for years now and they have been nothing but amazing! They keep my properties rented, the rent checks come in every month, and never had to evict anyone since they pick good candidates!
I rented a home from Market South for 7 years. Brande always treated us like family and with the utmost respect. I will never forget the time our oven went out on Christmas Eve! We gave her a call and she got someone out there on a holiday! Brande and Karen always accommodated us. Needless to say when you’re a trustworthy tenant and pay on time and take care of the property keeping it clean and no damages or violations they will take care of you.
