We have to get our roof replaced and Chris came by to give us a quote. He was on time, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very friendly. He provided the estimate in less than 24 hours and the estimate was very reasonable and fair! My husband and I are 99% sure we're going to use KTM. We're just waiting for the last estimate to come in before deciding.

We had a leak that ran into our sunroom. I called 4 roofers for consultations. James at KTM was the only one that found the leak. He quoted a fair price for a repair. As my roof was almost 20 years old I decided to have the roof replaced rather than just the repair. James gave me the most detailed quote and the best price. His crew showed up when promised and finished the work in a day. They cleaned up after themselves well. A couple of months later I had some damage to the roof that was not the fault of KTM. Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM. We called and James showed up the following Monday. Very easy to schedule over the phone and their front desk person was incredibly kind and professional.
