I found Tamecia and her staff to be very helpful during a more complicated filing. Not only are they very professional and friendly, but they also take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend them when you are shopping for tax and financial services!

This is my second time using there service. The first time was everything from the service, people, and their professionalism. This time was totally different. It took almost 4 weeks to get my taxes prepared. This lady name Maria
from RCC associates suppose to complete my taxes. After texting and calling her no answer. This went on for weeks of me contacting Maria. For the prices this was unacceptable. But what I can say is Harvest Tax was very apologetic while handling the situation and got it done once they heard want was going on. I have used Harvest Time services for the last 2 years. They've not canceled or ever refused a call, email or request. Ms. Tracy works diligently to assure Ms. Tamecia task runs smoothly as possible. I can say without a doubt- they are among the BEST.
