I cannot say enough great things about Green Heel Shoe Repair! I didn't even need my shoes repaired, but I cold-called this place after trying six other businesses that either didn't answer, had disconnected numbers, or were outright rude. I run a small local business specializing in custom apparel and promotional products. Recently, I landed a very big client with a large order. The order sounded straightforward, so I took it on. I was only in Atlanta for the weekend and damaged the heel of my boots coming from the airport. I found this shoe repair on Yelp. It was only 15 minutes from my hotel so I went to see if I could get my shoes repaired. The owner guided me directly to the location even when my GPS sent me off! He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. He fixed my shoes in 5 minutes and I was off to enjoy my day! Great service! Great craftsmanship! I wish you were in my home state. We need more cobblers with your skills, professionalism and personality! Five stars!
