I just started the Metabolic Reset Challenge Dr Leona is hosting and have learned quite a bit already. Much different in a very good way than many of the other seminars I've taken in the past. Highly recommended!
I loved Freedom Health Systems with Dr. Leona Allen because: since June when I first started to now I have learned a new healthy way of eating and I made a healthy lifestyle change. She help me to think positive with my condition which is (MS). She has help me be able to go to the bathroom more frequently than I have ever been. I am able to walk a little faster, I have a better mindset. I love the fact that she focuses on you personally. I enjoyed our one on one sessions. She was always able to answer all my questions so I can understand. I will use all the tools that she has given me during this program. I love freedom health systems because Dr. Leona is awesome she is changing life's. In July 2020 my doctor said my A1C and cholesterol numbers were high. My doctor was saying I need to take the metformin she prescribed and if my cholesterol doesn't come down she was going to prescribe statin drug. I am one who have a problem taking medication that is not going to get to cure but just treat. And the medication has side effects that bring on more issues. I came across Dr Leona information on Facebook. I reached out to her learned about Freedom Health Systems and decided to give it a try. I know natural ways are better than medication, especially when every month there's a recall on metformin. I did my research signed up and started in August 2020. Well on October 27 2020 I had to do blood work for my follow up appointment coming up. Happy & excited my A1C is down 2.0 points and my cholesterol is down 50 points and is now Borderline A very important thing I need to mention is I stopped taking my prescribed medication the same day I started Freedom. I'm not exactly were I need to be but I am not were I was. This is a lifestyle change and look forward to my next test results. Thank you Dr Leona 💙
