Janay is amazing! She does great work with my daughter's hair.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I’ve received from this salon and I haven’t even gotten the chance to come in for an appointment. I’ve received multiple emails/reminders about my appointment and to receive a call from the scheduled stylist less than 12 hours before my appointment at 10:28 AM when my appointment is scheduled for 12:50 PM is infuriating. Janay did my hair during my first time there and she was amazing, and I took a chance scheduling with one of their other stylists Stacia, but this has completely turned me off from this salon and I doubt I’ll ever return there to do business or get serviced.
