My senior mother goes here. Their service is fine for what they are. However, mother has gone twice. And twice she was sitting outside until 1035 when their hours say they open at 10a. That's just poor business practices.

This is usually my to to spot. I have been going for almost 3 years. It's convenient, it's right down the street and they always did a great job. Today I went and there was new people. So I just went with who called me. Big mistake. The nail tech was very nice but as far as my pedicure experience I was not satisfied. The key basic steps that comes with the pedicure she either left out or I had to tell her to do it. For instance cleaning under my toe nails. Basic things!! So my toes looked ok not a nice shape up at all. Then the polish was so sloppy with the terrible care of my toes period it looks not good and I'm just not used to that coming into that shop.
