My internet went down last night and I work from home. I tried troubleshooting with the technician over the phone but no luck. They scheduled a home service visit but it was 4 days out. I went into the main office and a woman helped me right away. I apologize I did not get her name, but she looked at my account and instantly offered me a way better deal. She doubled my speed and cut my monthly price in half. She also replaced my bad router and gave me new equipment. She was very helpful and kind. Just wanted to say thank you.

New to the area so new to the company. We had Spectrum previously and so fsr I already see an amazingly good difference between the companies. Setup was quick and easy, tech was knowledgeable and explained everything. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received with any internet provider in my area. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, I ended up getting way more than I expected out of this phone call. The phrase "Above and Beyond" is an understatement. I will never use another ISP.
