the staff is helpful and efficient.
I had an emergency with my dog Karlie and they were helpful to get her help in the middle of the ight. Then when I needed a recheck from Savannah Hoap they saw Karlie with out previous apointment. They explained a program to help keep her healthy and I was well pleased.
I am new to the area and planned to find a vet for my whole pack of dogs when they needed their annual visit. I have an elderly dog who declined extremely quickly and I tried to call the office, and their phone wasn't working so I got a baby sitter and got my girl in the car (she lost function of her back legs, and she is 50 pounds) and just drove to a highly recommended vet. I walked in, in tears and was carrying my girl and they immediately got me in a room, with a comfortable bench for my girl to lay on with blankets to prop her head on. We were able to walk in on a saturday morning and be seen very fast. All the staff was friendly and very helpful they took great care of my cat and made sure we had everything we needed to get him better and get us back home! Happy healthy kitty!
