I work for a large and diverse organization. I am the director of the facility. From day one the owner has been nothing but kind and attentive. She calls me personally and reminds me when it’s time for maintenance. Never charges until things are completely fixed, and is my most pleasant vendor. I know her personally, and to call this company racist and rude is such an off point statement. They are the absolute opposite. I’d trust this company with any situation and know dozens of businesses who feel the same way. 1 am on 6-14 the AC in our home stopped. Since the dramatic heat increase in the last week it was not very long till it was very noticeable. First thing my wife called Suzie the owner of Oliver Air Systems LLC, she had Used her buisnes several times at the office she manages. When my wife told me that Suzie said she would be to our home the same day I was very surprise. Because the temperatures have been so high I know they had to be backed up. 12:30, they where at the house. I called my wife to gather any news I could. She told be that Suzie her self and another employee where our side change the motor that had stopped. At the same time a very bad storm was coming through. A hr later I called and asked. “Did they leave” my wife said “no” they are out there in the storm, not your average rain by they way. I was blown away! About a Hr later it was still rainy, my wife called me to tell me the had finished, cleaned up and The simple fact they came as fast as they did was unreal, but knowing the owner her self and another employee never skipped a beat and got us up and running cool air ASAP was amazing. We will never call or refer any one but Oliver Systems LLC. To Suzie and her staff that worked through the rain, I say thank you and my hat off to a amazing buisness with unreal work ethic and service..JMJServices: A/C system repair
