Adam comes out every time and fixes my old a/c issues. Of course i'd rather not have to need any services at all. I am not sure how pricing is compared to other places, but they bill me later so there's nothing upfront. which is weird from what i'm used to in Atlanta. I don't usually get a good idea of when someone will show up, sometimes it's like 7 pm. so i'll have to be around all day which is not great when the a/c isn't working and it's summer.

Kennedy's Heating and Air has exceeded all of my expectations. Our Carrier HVAC system was not working and I had others attempt to repair it to no avail. To make a long story short, I called Kennedy's and they came out and fixed the problem in less than ten minutes! I will call Kennedy's first in the future and strongly urge everyone do the same.

We have been dealing with Kennedy's for the past13 years. We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of their service. From their office staff, highly skilled technicians, response time and a customer service policy matched by no one that I have ever dealt with, also very fair pricing. We absolutely love them!
