I would like to give Floors Outlet a five star rating. I had small needs but was met with the attention, friendliness and professionalism usually reserved for someone with much larger needs. I suggest you give them a try if you have any flooring needs!

This place was great! Brian will set you up right. This man could teach a MasterClass in customer service. Him and his staff were knowledgeable, fair, and respectful. They encouraged us to compare prices at other stores but we didn’t because we trusted Brian and wanted to keep our money in our local community. The crew did great work, and the whole thing was done in 3 days. If you are looking for a good deal on floors look no further

We had only been in our home about a month when Hurricane Debby caused water intrusion in our bonus room. The floors were ruined and needed to be replaced. One of our neighbors suggested we call Floors Outlet and we are most grateful that he did. Working with Brian and Vanessa was wonderful. Brian was very sympathetic to our situation and immediately got us a very fair quote that we could send to our insurer. When it came time to address the floor, we called Floors Outlet and they ordered the product, and gave us an expected delivery date.
