Scheduled to have my carpet clean on 12/2/23 at 9am. The guy never showed up. He contacted my on Friday (12/1/23) to confirm appointment. I reached out to him a few times on Saturday morning, however no response. Didn’t call or text me back. Very unprofessional. Will not attempt to use them again.
Cant recommend. I like the cleaning process, but Owner quit in the middle of my job today with out a "good bye" or "I have to go due to an emergency." Received a text later that indeed a grandparent had fallen down. Followed by "i wont be cleaning carpet anymore. Im shutting down. my apologies ." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Company canceled twice within a week.
