We had a sudden emergency in our home this morning. The bathtub would not drain and the toilets (all 3) would not flush. Called Ark and a couple hours later, Austin and Lane arrived. They quickly determined the cause of problem as a lot of grease in septic tank. They then quickly resolved the problem. These guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ark Plumbing is lucky to have such great competent employees. Kudos to the team at Ark Plumbing.
I was in a big jam (literally) with a clogged drain. Thought my wife and I were going to have to go to a hotel for awhile. Called Ark. Teresa arranged to get Lane and Eli out in a short time. They were professional, couteous, and experienced. Got the job done quickly. Saved a day or two in a hotel. We are so greatful!
