ZERO STARS. DO NOT ENGAGE Kelvin Blue's tax services / Centerpoint Tax Services. Kelvin Blue / Centerpoint Tax Services is entirely unresponsive to calls and emails. Check reviews on various websites to see that many others face the same issue. STAY AWAY!!! I'm willing to change my review if Kelvin Blue / Centerpoint Tax Services contacts me.
As of now i am writing this review because of the HORRIBLE experience i have had. I wont go into the whole story but i just found out my federal and state taxes were never filed. I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and thinking i am sure this is some kind of mistake but i can't get ahold of him. I have left messages to every possible sight. I have driven by the updated address which is a yoga studio. I tried to get my paperwork 2 months ago, but it was a hot mess, and the printers were down so i was there over 1 hour just waiting for my info back and never received it because they couldn't find it. I hope here cares enough to read these and i hope i do not have to take it further
zero stars. does not call people back. very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere whereas none of my concerns or issues have been addressed. I have been reaching out for months. I googled the owner and business and see that I should have not went there in the first place.
