My wife and I have entrusted our AC systems to Sam Pickren for the past year now and I cannot express how delighted I am with their technicians, service and overall professionalism.Just a couple of weeks ago, I contacted their office to get their advice concerning how musty our master closet was and what to do about it. I spoke with owner Justin who immediately set up a time to come scope out the situation. He brought an infrared measuring device with him that allowed him to measure temperatures across the closet ceiling. From start to finish, Darrell Vanzant and his techs were outstanding! Professional, friendly, and accommodating! They replaced our entire A/C system and some duct work. I would highly recommend them! Bonus: they offer financing options!
I've had Sam Pickren service my unit since we moved into our home in April 2006. They have always been professional and timely in providing regular or emergency service. They recently replaced my old unit and air handler. Three installers worked from 8:30 till 4:30..they cleaned up all their debris and you never would have known anyone had been there.
