We have used Patterson since 2018. They provide our Heating & A/C preventative maintenance and have replaced now 3 Heating/AC systems. Most recently this included the air handler in our upstairs A/C unit. Tim and Mitch are the best! They are both very knowledgeable, professional and extremely competent. Trey done an excellent job diagnosing the original cap issue and then stayed on it during hot weather to figure out the short issue. The unit is now cooling as it should. Awesome job! Well done. David
