As I've aged my fine motor skills have left me. I spoke with the gentleman at UBreak, Snellville, and he generously put my new IPad screen protector on while I waited. I've always done this myself, but my hand isn't steady enough any more. BTW, the Gentleman at the counter has the patience of Job! Good people, know what you need in advance and give them a try!

I thought my charger port was broken, but it turns out it only needed to be cleaned. While we were waiting, we watched and listened while Blaine helped five or six other customers. With every transaction, he was polite, patient, and the upmost professional. It is obvious that he is well-versed on many types of phones, the different repairs they may need, and how to navigate the insurance plans. This employee is definitely an asset to your company. Blaine deserves a raise, a promotion, or both! We will return for all our tech needs!!
