Our HVAC unit in our basement, which supplies heat to the main floor and basement of our house stopped working. After first going to another company to check what the problem was and getting a ridiculous quote from them that would have required we pay thousands of dollars for three parts, or replacing our brand new system, I thought to reach out to Spence. Spence was the subcontractor who is listed as the company that installed the system in our new house.
