“I'm not entirely understanding the negative reviews. I lived in a property managed by them for over 3 years, and they were a delight. Usually, I could get in touch with them. When I couldn't they'd usually get back to me pretty quick. Their maintenence guy was really nice. They were very cordial. A good friend of mine is a real estate broker and he helped me work with them and his assertion was that they're very old fashioned, but in a good way. They still do a lot on paper, but they'll step up in ways nobody really does anymore. For example, we had a pipe burst once and they paid our water bill that month. When the owner of our house sold the home, blue peach actually tried to reach out to the new property managers. It was them who wouldn't answer the phone.I had them for 3 years and had zero issues with them. I'm honestly surprised to see all the negative reviews.“
