I was truly impressed with the atmosphere, the customer service, the education, and the cleanliness of this business. However, I only gave it four stars because the result was not what I asked for. The lash tech did not listen when I stated I wanted full, wispy, Demi shaped lashes. Upon completion of the lash service I saw and was very unhappy. The tech, only at that time, told me that I could have gotten the hybrid lashes to give me the look I was asking for. I asked her why she didn’t inform me BEFORE she did this look (classic is what she called it). She responded with “because that’s what most of our clients come to get”. This establishment is truly a gem. I came in to get lash extensions removed after they had been placed at a different place. Carmen was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease after my lash nightmare. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

It was my first time trying on lash extensions, Carmen took great care of me and was able to understand exactly what I wanted considering it was my first time and I wasn’t able to fully explain what I was looking for. She’s definitely my go to
