This location is extremely slow and unprepared. I’ve rented from this location a few times and it’s always a lobby full of people waiting to be helped causing you to be over an hour late picking up your car.
I rent from Hertz and Thrifty frequently and never once have I ever been told “we don’t wash the exterior of the cars”. After finding water bottles and sign stakes in the back trunk I took it back the next day to get another car. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them.
They then gave me another car and nothing more for the trouble and time they caused me. This car had 3/4 of gas in it and was told by the employee to make sure I bring it back with 3/4. Well I did days later and noticed on my credit card I was being charged approx. $100 for gas. I called and had to state my case to get a refund.
Won’t return to this place.
This is really a 0 star. Horrible customer service, My Daughter and i went to pick up what was suppose to be a pathfinder but they ended up giving us a kia even though we made a reservation month in advance. The car that they gave was very dirty inside and outside, when we asked if they could a least wash it, we were told that their water hose was not working, we also complained about the tires being very worn which could be dangerous, We were told that those were the original tires and the car only had 29000.00 miles on it so the tires should be fine.
