Mr. Wilson has also gone the extra mile to help me with a family emergency when my mom's glasses which were not even purchased at his store came undone, he said, "I will take care of them for you. Bring them." He charged me nothing for fixing my mom's frames. When my mom needed glasses, she had no insurance, and he gave us the best prices. I love Brookwood Eyecare and highly recommend it.“

“I took a family member here for cataract & new lens surgery on a Tuesday morning. This is located off of Duluth Highway directly behind the Chick-fil-A. Small building, good parking & easy access to/from- a ramp for those who need it as well. The lobby is very nice with a TV to occupy your stay. It's clean, well decorated & the chairs are comfortable for a waiting room. All staff members were very pleasant, and all smiled!! When they too my patient back they said OK to walk to Chick-fil-A for a coffee... that's as far as they will allow should they need me at any point during the procedure- keep your phone on! My patient said everyone was calm, they laughed & the procedure was an interesting process. Not scary!!! We go back in 2 weeks for the other eye.“

This vision center agreed to see her immediately and was able to replace her frames and swap her lenses. Our daughter raved about how helpful the staff was. “Excellent eye care but a subpar billing department. I had a routine eye exam early LAST YEAR and was fully covered by vision insurance which Thomas accepted. Thomas waited until THIS YEAR to submit the insurance claim. My vision insurance changed to a new provider with the new year and now Thomas has asked me to pay the bill because they never got around to submitting the claim last year. I don't think so.“

“Dr. Segal has a well-earned reputation as an exemplary surgeon and Ophthalmologist. He spotted a rare and difficult to detect eye condition for my wife and numerous other doctors confirmed Dr. Segal to be the best choice you can make for eye care. We found that to be more than justified.Dr. Segal extracted a terrible cataract from an injury that blocked all sight in my left eye. The right eye was not far behind but both required cataract removal and insertion of TORIC IOL lenses due to pronounced astigmatisms as well. The day after surgery (and in weeks following as they healed) I am still astonished by the clarity, light, color saturation and sharpness of vision.A month later writing this without glasses I enjoy crystal-clear vision in both eyes with both astigmatisms corrected 100%. I am grinning looking at the first beautiful Georgia summer I've seen like this in decades. So far I don't need glasses for reading but if so in future I'm still ecstatic and grateful.Surgical staff at East Atlanta Eye Surgery Center treated me like family and made both eye procedures a painless, well informed no-stress experience. “Fantastic! Highly recommend the eye consultants of Atlanta group. I went to see Dr. CristenBerry for a cataract. He did a very thorough exam of both eyes and answered all of my questions, thoroughly and politely. That really matters to me because having potential eye surgery is very uncommon- at least it is for me. I felt the office staff particularly Hannah and Rachel were very helpful and informative. I felt the process of moving through the office was very smooth. We scheduled the cataract surgery and Dr. Cristenberrys surgical assistant, Hollie, called me the next day to walk me through all the things that I needed to do to prepare for the surgery in February . I.e. Schedule my regular doctors visit to get cleared for surgery, explain ordering the eyedrops through mail service, etc. Highly recommend this practice.“
