Emperor installed a new heating and A/C system in my 42 year old house several years ago. In the process, Tony found and fixed the problem that had caused the house to be hot in the summertime even with the AC on full bore. After he finished, the house was comfortable all summer for the first time ever, and my bills are lower. He's maintained the system since, and I've never had a problem with it.
